The International workshop on Applied Information Technology 2005 (IAIT’05)
The School of Information Technology, KMUTT, is one of the most prominent pioneers in the field and has successfully operated for a decade. We are proud to organize the frist International Workshop on Applied Information Technology (IAIT)

The IAIT aims to address the main issues of concern within the applied information technology area and related fields. This workshop covers all essential technical aspects. The applied information technology field is divided into more detailed areas (see below).

Authors are invited to submit original papers in all areas of experimental computing and applied information technology development for the technical program that deal with the workshop themes via the various tracks hosted by IAIT 2005.

Peer groups with expertise in the track focus area will blindly review submissions to that track. Accepted papers will be published in the workshop proceedings. Submission guidelines will be posted on IAIT 2005 Website.

Prospective authors are invited to submit papers for oral presentation in any of the areas listed below. Only full papers in English will be accepted, and the length of the paper should not exceed 10 pages (5,000 words). Instructions for preparing the manuscript (in Word and Latex format) are available at the IAIT web site. Postscript, MS Word, or PDF versions of the manuscript should be submitted through IAIT web-based paper submission procedure.

The Workshop will be composed of several types of contributions:

• Full Papers – These include mainly accomplished research results and have 10 pages at the maximum (5,000 words).

• Short Papers – These are mostly composed of work in progress reports or fresh developments and have 4 pages at maximum (2,500 words).

• Invited Talks – These will be made of contributions from well-known scholars and company representatives. An abstract will be included in the conference proceedings.

• Corporate Showcases & Exhibitions – The former enables companies to present recent developments and applications, inform a large and qualified audience of your future directions and showcase company’s noteworthy products and services. There will be a time slot for companies to make their presentation in a room. The latter enables companies the opportunity to display its latest offerings of hardware, software, tools, services and books, through an exhibit booth.
