The 17th Joint Symposium on Computational Intelligence (JSCI17)

A Special Session held in conjunction with IAIT2026 Session Date: 18 June 2026

Welcome to JSCI17 The Organizing Committee proudly announces the 17th Joint Symposium on Computational Intelligence (JSCI17), hosted as a premier Special Session within the IAIT2026 framework.

In formal partnership with the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Thailand Chapter (IEEE-CIS Thailand), JSCI17 has been strategically designed to support research students and young researchers. Our primary objective is to create an inclusive and intellectually stimulating environment that enables participants to share, discuss, and publish their foundational and applied research works.

While the symposium places a strong emphasis on mentoring the next generation of scholars, the event is entirely open to all researchers, academicians, and industry practitioners who wish to broaden their knowledge and engage with contemporary advancements in the field of computational intelligence.

Aim and Scope JSCI17 focuses on the theoretical foundations, algorithmic developments, and practical applications of computational intelligence. We invite exploration into how these technologies can drive paradigm shifts across various scientific and industrial domains.

Key areas of focus include:
    - Artificial Neural Networks & Deep Learning: Architectures, reinforcement learning, generative models, and neuromorphic computing.
    - Evolutionary Computation: Genetic algorithms, swarm intelligence, multi-objective optimization, and artificial life.
    - Fuzzy Systems & Soft Computing: Fuzzy logic, rough sets, granular computing, and hybrid intelligent systems.
    - Machine Learning & Data Mining: Supervised and unsupervised learning, pattern recognition, predictive analytics, and big data intelligence.
    - Applied Computational Intelligence: Implementations in bioinformatics, smart cities, natural language processing, autonomous robotics, and financial forecasting.

Session Highlights & Schedule JSCI Special Talk: "From Algorithms to Artistry: The Evolution of Intelligent NPC Behavior" presented by Dr. Punnarust Silparattanawong.

Paper Presentations: Featuring cutting-edge research selected through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.
(Note: The paper submission and peer-review phases are now successfully concluded. We extend our sincere gratitude to all authors for their valuable scientific contributions to this year's symposium.)
