The registration fee includes:

- One CD Copy of the Conference Proceedings
- Dinner Banquet (and Entertainment) on Sep 15, 2012
- All Keynote address, Tutorial Sessions, and Special Sessions offered during the conference.
- The student attendee rate does NOT include the dinner banquet.

NOTE for Authors :

In order for a paper to be published, the following requirements must be met:

1. The paper must be registered and fully paid for. At least one full registration must be paid.

2. The paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference.

3. The final paper must be correctly formatted and submitted to EasyChair conference system The submission instruction can be found here. Formatting instructions can be found here.
   

4. Deadline for registration and full payment is July 20, 2012. Deadline for final paper submission is July 1, 2012. If you do not submit your registration and full payment by this date your paper will not be published in any IAIT2012 conference Proceedings.

5. Only one paper of up to 10 pages is included in the regular registration fee. Each additional paper will be subject to a charge of $200, while each additional page will be subject to a charge of $80 per page. An author with more than one paper must pay the additional paper(s) rates, unless a co-author has also registered and paid the full registration fee.

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY TO RECEIVE THE PROCEEDINGS:

You must attend the conference and present your paper if you want to receive a copy of the Proceedings.

NOTE for NON-AUTHOR ATTENDEES :

We do make invitation letters for non-author attendees, if they have valid reason to attend our conferences and satisfy certain requirements. Please contact us at iait@sit.kmutt.ac.th regarding this.
